AEM Frontend Developer – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AEM Frontend Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance user interfaces within the Adobe Experience Manager ecosystem. You will work remotely with our LATAM team, turning UI/UX wireframes into modular, reusable components.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customized frontend solutions using AEM, ensuring quality and performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM‑based websites and components with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript and HTL (Sightly).
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging and resolution of frontend issues across AEM environments.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and AEM best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and guide AEM development patterns.
• Work closely with UX/Design teams to deliver pixel‑accurate, accessible implementations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and implementing AEM frontend solutions.
• Strong ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
• Excellent collaboration skills with backend, design and client stakeholders.
• Comfortable participating in Agile teams and code‑review processes.
