Advanced Quality Engineer II

About the role

Join TE Connectivity as an Advanced Quality Engineer II, working with cross‑functional teams to drive product quality, manufacturing performance, and customer satisfaction in a safer, more connected world.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quality activities for new product development and product transfers.
• Support Process FMEAs, control plans, risk assessments, and design reviews.
• Execute and document process validations, equipment qualifications, and test method validations.
• Drive containment, root‑cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Analyze quality data using statistical tools such as SPC and Gage R&R.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of engineering, manufacturing, or quality experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional environment.

Required skills

• Quality tools and problem‑solving methodologies (FMEA, control plans, risk assessment).
• Statistical process control (SPC) and Gage R&R.
• CAPA, non‑conformance and validation processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14971 or similar quality systems.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt.
