Accounts Payable Representative III

About the role

The Accounts Payable Representative III is a key member of the Procure‑to‑Pay team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments while maintaining strong communication with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Update corporate supplier information in relevant systems as needed.
• Analyze invoices against system data and verify supporting documentation for payment eligibility.
• Enter supplier invoices accurately into the designated financial systems.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, determining root causes to prevent recurring issues.
• Execute invoice blocking and coordinate approvals for unblocking.
• Develop technical knowledge of company ERP and related tools.
• Handle supplier disputes regarding outstanding invoices to avoid credit holds.
• Provide assistance and follow‑up to suppliers throughout the invoice processing cycle.
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees on established processes and policies.

Required profile

• Technical high school diploma or university studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in accounts payable or shared service centers.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Experience with at least one ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, Mainframe).
• Basic to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
