Accounts Payable Associate

About the role

Acuity Analytics is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join its team. The role covers full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice entry, inbox management and payments, and involves direct interaction with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle AP: vendor entry, invoice entry, inbox management and invoice payments
• Obtain W-9/W-8 forms for new vendors and prepare the vendor set-up template
• Perform verbal confirmation for new vendors
• Enter bills through NetSuite's AP Bill module
• Monitor the AP inbox
• Set up payment and wire templates and record cash payments
• Prepare reports and reconciliations

Required profile

• Fluid oral and written English is a must
• Highly proficient in Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office programs
• Understanding of private equity is a plus
• NetSuite general ledger experience is a plus
• Attention to detail, good business acumen, proactive and able to work independently and meet deadlines
