Accounts Payable Analyst – Intermediate

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst at an intermediate level to join our finance team. The role involves processing invoices and payments, performing travel & expense audits, and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments and execute travel & expense (T&E) audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to invoice, payment and T&E processing.
• Review vendor statements, identify open items and address inconsistencies in the invoice processing queue.
• Apply country‑specific tax rules and process exceptions for invoice and payment handling.
• Provide status updates on invoices and payments to internal and external clients.
• Respond to internal and external audit requests, handling routine and non‑routine items.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in accounts payable, finance or accounting.
• Technical accounting degree, current university student, or a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• Fluent English (B2‑C1) and Spanish.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Oracle Financials knowledge.
• Experience working in a shared services environment serving multiple countries or regions.
