About the role
We are seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance team and support month‑end close operations and financial reporting. The role will work closely with finance and operations colleagues to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Key responsibilities
- Execute month‑end close processes, including sub‑ledger management and general ledger reconciliations.
- Perform balance‑sheet analysis and prepare detailed variance explanations for stakeholders.
- Maintain financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Produce monthly variance analysis reports and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on transactional accounting experience.
- Strong written and verbal English (B2) communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Oracle Financial Applications.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement methodologies.
