About the role

LSEG is seeking an Account Manager to strengthen relationships with North American clients while operating from Costa Rica. The role blends relationship management, digital engagement, and revenue growth to deliver exceptional outcomes for a fast‑growing book of business.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client strategies and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring win‑win outcomes.
  • Streamline account administration for high‑growth and lower‑value accounts.
  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers and other teams to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Champion digital platforms (CRM, portals, digital communication tools) for scalable, personalized client interactions.
  • Use reporting tools to monitor client health, product usage and trends, providing proactive solutions.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in account management or sales with a strong focus on digital adoption.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and client workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence.
  • Comfort with data‑driven decision‑making and analytics.
