Account Manager – Amazon Ads Large Customer Sales

About the role

Amazon Ads is seeking a customer‑obsessed Account Manager to drive first‑time advertiser onboarding and ensure campaign success across Amazon’s advertising ecosystem. You will work closely with sales account teams to create media strategies, launch campaigns, and deliver insights that meet client goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to develop media strategies and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign launches, including media planning, forecasting, and educating advertisers on placement requirements.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers, and Ad Operations to ensure accurate booking and setup.
• Accelerate advertiser onboarding and reactivation by owning pre‑launch activities such as forecasting and media planning.
• Provide optimization recommendations, product expansion insights, and cross‑channel forecasts.
• Support sales prospecting with inventory forecasts across the Amazon Ads suite.
• Act as a measurement consultant, setting up and analyzing campaign metrics against customer KPIs.
• Deliver mid‑campaign and post‑campaign reporting, surfacing performance opportunities.
