Account Manager – Agency Experience Required

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships for a range of marketing services. The role is fully remote and requires agency experience to coordinate traditional media, paid digital, social, email and website projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and understanding their business goals.
• Lead client meetings, prepare agendas, present recommendations and provide clear recaps and next steps.
• Translate client requests into organized tasks for internal creative, media, digital, social, email and development teams.
• Coordinate project timelines, approvals, revisions and dependencies across multiple specialties.
• Monitor campaign performance, work with specialists to turn reporting into client‑facing insights.
• Oversee creative trafficking for traditional and digital media, and guide website updates from requirements gathering through testing and approval.
• Identify risks, gaps or opportunities early and keep work aligned with scope, budget and agency priorities.
• Assist with account planning, estimates, invoicing coordination and documentation.

Required profile

• Proven agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently without constant oversight.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable discussing a wide range of marketing initiatives.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and keep projects moving.
