Account & Business Development Manager – Nearshore IT Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account and Business Development Manager to grow our Nearshore technology talent business across the United States, United Kingdom, and Europe, focusing on delivery from Mexico and other LATAM countries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy to acquire new international customers for Nearshore IT, engineering, and professional services.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Promote Nearshore solutions highlighting time‑zone alignment, cultural compatibility, cost optimization, and access to specialized talent.
• Maintain and expand strategic accounts through cross‑selling, up‑selling, and regular executive‑level relationship management.
• Coordinate with delivery, recruitment, HR, finance, and technical teams in Mexico and LATAM to align customer requirements with staffing and delivery capabilities.
• Own sales targets, maintain a healthy pipeline, track opportunities in CRM, and provide regular forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in business development, account management, or sales of IT services, staffing, or professional services.
• Proven track record selling to customers in the USA, UK, or Europe and managing enterprise or mid‑market accounts.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive‑level communication skills.
• Fluent English (professional) and native Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, engineering, or related field preferred.
