About the role
The Huntsman Internship Program in Costa Rica offers 11‑month, paid internships for full‑time university students. Interns work on site in Heredia three days a week and gain hands‑on experience in their chosen functional area.
Key responsibilities
- Support core activities of the assigned department (e.g., recruitment, financial reporting, accounts payable, supply‑chain data management, purchasing).
- Participate in process‑improvement projects, data analysis, and reporting tasks.
Required profile
- Active enrollment in an accredited university program related to the internship focus.
- Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
What we offer
- Monthly compensation of 420,000 CRC.
- Structured learning environment with mentorship and cross‑functional exposure.
