User Experience Designer

About the role

As a User Experience Designer you will shape the digital experience of client‑facing web applications and portals, delivering intuitive and technically sound solutions. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, balancing user empathy with business goals while operating from our Heredia office three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Organise content, develop information architectures and document scenarios, use cases and functional specifications.
• Create detailed wireframes, visual compositions and interactive prototypes that communicate design intent.
• Design holistic systems, flows and interfaces for web apps and portals, maintaining design systems and interaction specifications.
• Collaborate with internal and external engineering teams, guiding development and ensuring milestones are met.
• Lead design studios, mentor junior designers and contribute to business development pitches.
• Stay current with emerging design tools and concepts, applying them to client projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in UX or product design, preferably in web portal or web‑app environments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to designers, developers and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven problem‑solving record on large‑scale, complex digital platforms.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to multitask in fast‑paced, Agile environments.
• Portfolio demonstrating work on complex digital products and collaboration with development teams.
