Trilingual Inside Account Representative – French

About the role

TD SYNNEX‑Shyft Global Services is seeking a proactive Inside Account Representative who can manage a portfolio of French‑speaking customers. The role focuses on driving revenue, maintaining profitability, and delivering exceptional service to assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer and territory P&L, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls.
• Collaborate with field sales to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and deliver QBR presentations.
• Identify and execute growth opportunities within the sales territory.
• Maintain detailed account profiles and cross‑sell additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
• Coordinate customer engagements with Finance and Purchasing teams.
• Develop documentation and delegate repetitive tasks to internal support.
• Travel to and attend TD SYNNEX or industry events as needed.
• Work with sales support to ensure accurate and timely quote/order processing.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience (1‑3 years in a similar role).
• Strong data‑entry accuracy and ability to follow instructions.
• Demonstrated complex problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French (or another regional language).
• Effective negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
• Organized, time‑management focused and adaptable to change.
