Tax Senior Manager

About the role

The Tax Senior Manager will lead tax strategy and compliance across the LATAM region, ensuring optimal tax outcomes for transactions, contributions and restructuring activities. This senior position requires deep knowledge of local tax legislation and the ability to mitigate risks while supporting corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and advise on tax matters for the LATAM region, evaluating fiscal implications of business transactions.
• Review legal frameworks to identify and mitigate tax risks.
• Supervise transfer pricing activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate responses to tax authority audits and provide required documentation.
• Track changes in tax laws and maintain relationships with divisional accounting teams.
• Collaborate with external advisers to enhance tax planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Specialization in tax law is desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• At least 6 years of corporate tax experience, split between public accounting and industry.
• Experience with tax controversy matters and a solid working knowledge of tax provisions.
• Prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
