Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain operations at our Costa Rica site. As a key member of the site leadership team, you will drive performance across purchasing, warehousing, and customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in site leadership meetings to shape operational strategy and culture.
• Lead and develop teams in purchasing, warehouse, and customer service.
• Own customer satisfaction by coordinating on‑time delivery and clear communication.
• Manage inventory, material, and demand planning to optimize service levels and reduce excess stock.
• Ensure compliance with Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) regulations and ISO9001/ISO13485 standards.
• Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to secure cost‑effective materials.
• Oversee transportation, distribution, and inventory processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading customer service teams and driving satisfaction metrics.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) compliance.

Required skills

• ERP systems experience (Visual Manufacturing is a plus).
• Inventory management, material planning, and demand planning.
• Supplier negotiation and logistics coordination.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
