About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Solution Architect to lead the definition and validation of client skill requirements for staffing augmentation. You will act as the technical bridge between clients and our talent pool, ensuring the right engineers are matched to each project.

Key responsibilities

• Drive technology assessment and validation processes for client staffing needs.
• Conduct final screening and interviews to select the best engineers for each role.
• Participate in client meetings to understand required engineering profiles.
• Collaborate with sales to accelerate resource delivery while maintaining feasibility.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and emerging technologies.
• Train candidates across various technology domains.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry.
• Proven background in software development across multiple programming languages and domains.
• Strong technical presentation and communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
