Sr. System Engineer (HPE Enterprise/Pre-Sales)

About the role

The Senior System Engineer will design and implement high‑impact HPE enterprise infrastructure solutions for the Caribbean Central America (CCA) region. You will support regional growth, customer success, and ensure that builds follow architectural standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement complex compute and storage solutions to enable new business opportunities and support organic growth (40%).
• Provide full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services, handling mission‑critical situations with minimal senior assistance (20%).
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize work and guide Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet commitments (15%).
• Develop and maintain systems automation and monitoring tools (15%).
• Perform additional duties as assigned (10%).

Required profile

• Associate Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 3 years with HPE enterprise solutions.
• Proven presales and customer‑facing experience.
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multicultural interpersonal skills.
