Software Engineer 3 – SaaS Development

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS‑based solutions.
• Maintain and expand automation test suites while contributing production code.
• Design and implement secure, performant, scalable, and highly available solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across deployments, networking, databases, and application logic.
• Mentor team members, provide technical training, and help onboard new hires.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production‑quality SaaS web applications.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude toward process improvement and architectural design.

Required skills

• Experience with automation testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based SaaS architectures.
• Understanding of security, performance, scalability, and high‑availability principles.
