Skills & Role Content Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Skills & Role Content Specialist to design and maintain competency models, skills frameworks, and job descriptions for our Talent organization. The role focuses on creating clear, consistent hiring criteria and behavioral descriptors that support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain competency models, skills frameworks, and proficiency levels for Talent roles.
• Write and update job descriptions, including responsibilities, requirements, and role expectations.
• Translate role needs into clear hiring criteria aligned with technical and non‑technical requirements.
• Create structured behavioral descriptors to support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Map skills and competencies across seniority levels from Junior to Senior.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Role Architecture, Enablement, L&D, Governance, and Performance teams to ensure consistency.
• Govern updates to keep all role content clear, standardized, and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, or competency framework design.
• Proven experience creating competency models, skills matrices, behavioral indicators, or hiring content.
• Strong ability to structure information and write concise role content.
• Experience working with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.
• Advanced level of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.
• Familiarity with flowchart or mapping tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
