Server – Fine Dining & Private Club

About the role

The Server delivers a refined dining experience for members, guests, and their families in a private club setting. This position blends operational excellence with personalized service, aiming to exceed expectations at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Know members and guests by name, remembering preferences, dietary restrictions, and personal details.
• Execute service according to SOPs, service sequences, and checklists, ensuring accuracy of orders and billing.
• Act as host during special events, wine tastings, and unique dining moments, embodying club values.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Monitor guest experience, address comments or requests promptly, and manage special requests discreetly.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events, conduct visual inspections of dining areas, and report operational or maintenance issues.
• Support onboarding of new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Passion for food, wine, and elevated guest experiences.

Required skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fine‑dining restaurants, five‑star hotels, or private clubs.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage techniques, wine pairing, and formal service etiquette.
• Silver service experience (preferred).
• Conversational English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
