Senior Recruiter – Temporary (Pharma/Medical Devices)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter on a temporary basis to lead end‑to‑end hiring for complex, managerial and highly specialized positions within the pharmaceutical, medical devices and broader healthcare sectors. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management and deep knowledge of regulated markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full recruitment cycles for hard‑to‑fill managerial, leadership and technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and regulatory considerations.
• Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies for niche talent in pharma, medical devices, biotechnology and related regulated industries.
• Conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews assessing technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS/CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarks and talent availability analyses.
• Support employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, local labor regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with complex, managerial or specialized roles.
• Proven experience recruiting in pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, life sciences or other highly regulated sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
• Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken.
