Senior Recruiter (Contractor) – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

Workfully is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its network of independent recruiters on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, based in Costa Rica, and focuses on building and scaling a one‑person digital recruiting business using Workfully’s all‑in‑one platform.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates across multiple sectors, including GTM/commercial, tech, pharma/life science, and blue‑collar roles.
• Manage client relationships, present candidates, and collaborate on hiring decisions.
• Utilise Workfully’s personal ATS, CRM, scheduling and multiposting tools to streamline the recruitment process.
• Grow your freelance recruiting business by leveraging the platform’s branding, community, and payment guarantee features.
• Share candidate pipelines with clients and expand visibility for future opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in‑house or agency.
• Strong sourcing and client‑management capabilities.
• Proven track record hiring for diverse role types.
• Fluent English; additional local language(s) a plus.
• Based in Costa Rica.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems.
