Senior OTM Solution Architect (.NET)

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Senior OTM Solution Architect with strong .NET expertise to lead the design, implementation, and support of transportation management solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) across multiple modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead solution design, implementation, and post‑go‑live support for OTM modules such as Order Management, Transportation Planning & Execution, Supply Chain Visibility, and Freight Bill Audit & Payments.
• Gather business requirements, conduct GAP analysis workshops, and define scalable technical solutions aligned with customer transport operations.
• Design and manage integration mapping specifications using XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, and RosettaNet standards, coordinating development and DevOps execution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, suppliers, and testing teams to ensure successful delivery, testing automation, migration initiatives, and user enablement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
• 20+ years of experience in transportation systems, solution architecture, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Proven track record delivering multiple full‑lifecycle OTM implementations, including cloud migrations and Agile/DevOps projects.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills across multiple geographic regions.

Required skills

• Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) – planning, execution, visibility, freight audit.
• .NET development and enterprise integration.
• Integration standards: XML, ANSI, EDIFACT, RosettaNet, B2B integrations.
• Agile and DevOps methodologies, Jira, Scrum, Kanban.
• Familiarity with transport ancillary systems such as HERE, Transporeon, Centiro, Kewill, Blue Yonder.
