Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a performance‑obsessed Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive full‑funnel growth for our fast‑growing DTC pet‑products business. In this high‑impact role you will own paid acquisition strategy, conversion optimisation and cross‑functional alignment across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance and strategy for all paid acquisition channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, Chewy and others.
• Develop and execute landing‑page testing and website conversion rate optimisation road‑maps, managing agencies or contractors.
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
• Report directly to the CEO, analysing and communicating sales and marketing performance.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly sales trends and key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV and channel performance.
• Analyse data in GA4, Triple Whale and platform dashboards to uncover trends, inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with influencer, affiliate and email marketing leads to align paid, organic and retention efforts.
• Collaborate with creative, product and retention teams to align performance strategy with brand goals.
• Build and iterate full‑funnel strategies from awareness through retention, testing new platforms and tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑driven e‑commerce marketing, preferably in DTC or subscription models.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• Track record of managing agency partners and delivering measurable ROI.
