Senior Golang Developer (8+ years experience)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Golang Developer to lead the design and implementation of high‑performance backend services. The role requires deep expertise in Go, RESTful API design, and modern distributed architectures, with a focus on scalability and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain micro‑services and SOA‑based solutions using Golang.
• Architect complex systems, define technical roadmaps, and ensure adherence to SOLID and design‑pattern best practices.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote clean, maintainable code.
• Own production services, monitor performance, and troubleshoot critical incidents.
• Implement observability, caching, and in‑memory data stores to optimize latency and throughput.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive enterprise‑wide technical initiatives.

Required profile

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 2‑3 years focused on Golang.
• Proven ability to work independently, pick action items proactively, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience leading multiple teams in diagnosing and resolving production issues.
