Senior Finance Analyst – Plant Operations

About the role

This senior finance analyst position is essential for accurate month‑end closing, cost control, and reliable reporting within plant operations. You will support business decisions through budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing activities and provide reliable financial reporting.
• Summarize and communicate financial and operating results against objectives, including variance analysis for production teams and plant leadership.
• Assist in preparing realistic budgets, strategic plans, and forecasts with high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Support loss analysis, FI pillar, plant optimization analytics, and working‑capital saving projects.
• Participate in special projects, CPEM calculations, and cost‑center planning.
• Coordinate year‑end stock counts, WIP valuation, and support auditors and waste reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in financial analysis, factory accounting, and strong business acumen.
• Ability to analyze and explain financial results and forecasts.
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills.
