Senior DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer specialized in Kubernetes to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and developers to deliver high‑performance, cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and scale containerized applications on Kubernetes clusters.
• Build and maintain deployment automation and service lifecycle management.
• Configure DNS architecture, authoritative servers, zone delegation, and domain management.
• Set up and manage email infrastructure, including SMTP, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Develop web‑scraping, content generation, and data‑transformation pipelines.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure‑as‑code automation.
• Collaborate on security simulations, red‑team infrastructure, and cyber‑range projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Platform Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with Kubernetes and container workloads.
• Strong background in DNS, email authentication, and Linux networking.
• Proven ability to design and operate cloud environments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience building scalable backend services in Go, Python, Java, or comparable languages.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, distributed systems, PKI, and TLS.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, red‑team infrastructure, or cyber‑range platforms is a plus.
• Agile/Scrum experience and a detail‑oriented, can‑do attitude.
