Senior Consultant – Freelance AI Project for Strategy Firms

About the role

We are looking for experienced strategy consultants from top‑tier firms to help shape AI learning environments. As a freelance senior consultant, you will translate real consulting engagements into structured scenarios that train advanced language models.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design discrete, structured tasks for AI agents that mirror real consulting work such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, and operational diagnosis.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks, and golden‑answer solutions to enable large‑language‑model based assessment of AI outputs at scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and delivering client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
