Senior Business Consultant IV

About the role

The Senior Business Consultant IV will act as a strategic advisor, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving the execution of key business initiatives. You will support the development of strategy, lead complex projects, and help manage change across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex, cross‑functional projects.
• Lead or support change‑management initiatives.
• Perform data analyses to inform business decisions.
• Support vendor management and monitor compliance.
• Contribute to overall business strategy and organizational alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Science, Mathematics or related field with at least 5 years of consulting experience, OR Master’s degree with 3 years experience, OR 8+ years equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience overseeing projects or cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct data analysis to support initiatives.
• Experience supporting or leading change‑management efforts.
