Salesforce System Manager and HubSpot Administrator

About the role

Freudenberg Medical is looking for a Salesforce System Manager and HubSpot Administrator to own and optimise our CRM platforms. Based in Alajuela, you will work in a hybrid setting, supporting both the technical and business sides of Salesforce.com and HubSpot.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, own and manage licensing, maintenance and support contracts for Salesforce.com and HubSpot, including third‑party consulting.
• Control related budgets, monitor spend and ensure cost‑effective usage.
• Apply system updates, patches and version upgrades to maintain reliability and sustainability.
• Establish and maintain backup and recovery processes, and proactively monitor the systems for issues.
• Define and manage user security roles, accounts and access permissions.
• Collaborate with the Data Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Resolve incidents and service requests, and provide ongoing system support.
• Configure and customise the platforms to meet business requirements, including reporting, dashboards and integrations with other applications.
• Define and enforce change‑management procedures and audit system usage for compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Salesforce.com and HubSpot contracts and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of system updates, patches and version control.
• Familiarity with data‑privacy laws and ability to work with a Data Privacy Officer.
• Experience in incident management and service‑request resolution.
• Ability to define security roles and manage user access.
