About the role
ArboStar is seeking a Sales Team Lead to build and scale a high‑performing sales organization. This remote position will directly influence company growth while supporting a sustainable planet through streamlined tree‑care solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and expand the sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Own hiring, onboarding, and ramp‑up of new sales representatives.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and documented processes.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and performance‑improvement plans.
- Run regular call reviews, QA sessions, and one‑on‑one coaching.
- Manage team‑level performance metrics, reporting, and regular performance reviews.
- Shadow reps during early months, step in to support critical sales activities, and reinforce best practices.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Implementation, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, handoffs, and overall sales strategy.
Required profile
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or managing sales representatives.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and modern sales processes.
- Ability to coach and improve both individual and team performance.
- Comfort handling performance accountability and difficult conversations.
- Data‑driven approach to sales metrics and reporting.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
