Sales Representative – Supply Club

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive adoption of our restaurant inventory solution, the Supply Club. You will focus on high‑volume outbound outreach, helping restaurants sign up for a subscription that delivers discounted inventory purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of target merchants through calls, email sequences, and localized prospecting.
• Identify high‑potential accounts using internal lead lists and data signals.
• Conduct full‑cycle selling: outreach, value‑based pitching, objection handling, and activation.
• Guide new merchants through onboarding, promotions, credits, and ordering workflows.
• Track call logs, leads, and opportunities across sales systems and report weekly conversion metrics.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Prior inside or field sales experience in a phone‑heavy environment with weekly quotas.
• Strong ability to manage a large outbound volume while maintaining quality conversations.
• Data‑driven mindset with willingness to learn and iterate on playbooks.
• High resilience, adaptability, and bias toward action in a fast‑moving setting.
