About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join a fast‑growing EdTech team. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting the Account Executive team in expanding our international client base.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels.
- Identify, qualify and nurture potential customers within target markets.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and schedule discovery meetings with decision‑makers.
- Research prospects and personalize outreach strategies.
- Keep accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve lead‑generation processes.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR‑related roles.
- Experience working in a start‑up environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work setting.
- Background in education, EdTech, teaching or academic support is a strong advantage.
