About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join a fast‑growing EdTech team. This fully remote, independent‑contractor position focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting the Account Executive team in expanding our international client base.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels.
  • Identify, qualify and nurture potential customers within target markets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and schedule discovery meetings with decision‑makers.
  • Research prospects and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to continuously improve lead‑generation processes.

Required profile

  • Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR‑related roles.
  • Experience working in a start‑up environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote work setting.
  • Background in education, EdTech, teaching or academic support is a strong advantage.
