About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live, online English classes for adult students using company‑provided curriculum.
• Maintain a consistent weekly teaching schedule of up to 30 hours.
• Utilise provided teaching materials to ensure lesson quality and relevance.
• Collaborate with the support team for student acquisition and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Accredited 120‑hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
• Minimum 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Native English speaker from the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
• Currently residing in Central/South America or South‑East Asia.
• Clear criminal record and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Computer with Intel Core i5 CPU @2.0 GHz+ (4 cores, 8 threads) and 8 GB+ RAM.
• Stable internet connection of 20 Mbps+ (upload/download) via LAN cable.
• Noise‑cancelling headset, HD webcam, and UPS backup power.
• Quiet, well‑lit teaching environment.
