Remote Account Executive – B2B SaaS, Uncapped Commission

About the role

We are looking for a driven Account Executive to join 100Hires, a fast‑growing B2B SaaS platform that automates recruiting workflows. This fully remote position will own the end‑to‑end sales process, showcase our product to prospects, and help scale our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, delivering live demos and handling objections.
• Conduct deep discovery to map customer pain points to 100Hires features.
• Write personalized follow‑up emails, create and test cold‑outreach sequences.
• Host weekly webinars and record educational videos for leads and customers.
• Act as a product evangelist, maintaining high‑quality CRM data and ensuring no opportunity is missed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience selling B2B SaaS (ideally $1K–$5K ACV).
• Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable with fully remote, async communication.
• Strong live‑demo and objection‑handling skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand product use cases.
• Reliable internet, good microphone/webcam, and a clear voice.
• Highly responsive, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
