QA Tester – Manual & Automated Testing

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA Tester to ensure our software applications meet functional, usability, performance and quality standards before release. The role involves both manual and automated testing, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of QA practices.

Key responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases to verify software functionality and quality.
• Review requirements, specifications and user stories to design appropriate test scenarios.
• Create, maintain and document test cases, scripts and testing artifacts.
• Identify, document and track bugs using a bug‑tracking system; reproduce issues and provide clear reproduction steps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, usability and exploratory testing, including cross‑browser and cross‑platform checks.
• Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved before release.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers and other stakeholders to resolve defects.
• Support user acceptance testing and release validation.
• Suggest improvements to testing processes, tools and documentation.

• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple testing activities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with bug‑tracking and test‑management tools such as Jira, TestRail or Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with regression, functional, integration and exploratory testing techniques.
