Project Manager

About the role

VML, part of WPP, is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Manager to join its Costa Rica office. You will independently manage small to medium‑sized digital projects throughout the full lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring they meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
• Manage digital initiatives such as websites, campaigns, CRM programs, and app development.
• Identify project dependencies, flag risks early, and take proactive mitigation actions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Motivated, detail‑oriented professional with the ability to work independently.
• Clear understanding of project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and campaign delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with CRM strategy, data, and technology teams.
