Program Manager

About the role

Armis is seeking a Program Manager to oversee and coordinate strategic initiatives that align with the company’s cyber exposure management objectives. The role focuses on the big picture, ensuring that projects deliver value, stay on schedule, and meet budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Align program objectives with overall company strategy and set long‑term goals.
• Manage multiple projects from initiation through completion, tracking milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary liaison between project teams, customers, senior management, and other stakeholders, providing transparent communication.
• Identify risks and conflicts, develop mitigation plans, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Produce accurate program status reports, including KPIs and metrics, for leadership.
• Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
• Ensure processes and outcomes align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Required profile

• Ability to motivate teams and resolve issues promptly.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven capability to identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.
• Experience tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
