Product Specialist II – Pharmacy Data Services

About the role

The Product Specialist II supports Cencora’s Pharmacy Data Services (PDS) retail programs, handling billing, customer listings, and field‑sales activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, data integrity, and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and off‑boarding of customers, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver PDS training to sales, implementation, account management, and support staff.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors to transition customers and set up new software configurations.
• Work with the EDI department on map parameters, price‑file testing, and data transfers.
• Validate legal documents (NDA, PDS Agreement, MPA) before service delivery.
• Coordinate vendor setups, enhance file formats, and troubleshoot pricing, billing, catalog, and ordering issues.
• Assist customers with catalog downloads via SFTP or secure sites and manage monthly billing fees.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and maintain up‑to‑date SOPs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum three years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience with EDI and pharmacy data processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, time‑management, and written‑communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively across departments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%).
