Procurement Specialist – PTP Process Expert (Spanish/Portuguese/English)

About the role

Infosys BPM is looking for a Procurement Specialist to act as the subject‑matter expert for the Procure‑to‑Pay (PTP) process. The role requires fluency in Spanish, Portuguese and English and will support global operations, drive process excellence, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the PTP expert for invoice processing, vendor management and payments.
• Maintain compliance with policies, controls and PTP regulations.
• Standardize processes across regions and business units.
• Identify and lead Kaizen, Lean and automation projects.
• Collaborate with IT to implement enhancements in SAP, Oracle or Workday.
• Update SOPs/DTPs and lead knowledge‑transfer activities during transitions.
• Create and deliver training materials for new and existing team members.
• Partner with quality, finance controllers, business units and suppliers to ensure high accuracy and resolve escalations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in PTP or Accounts Payable.
• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end P2P lifecycle.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Work authorization that does not require employer sponsorship.
• Ability to work extended periods at a computer and communicate effectively.
