Paid Social Analyst (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

Finch is seeking a Paid Social Analyst to own the execution of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You will work closely with senior specialists to ensure campaigns are structured, tested, and measured with reliable data, driving continuous performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable full‑funnel paid social structures for prospecting, retargeting, and lifecycle flows.
• Run disciplined creative and audience iteration loops, translating insights into testable variants and identifying winners.
• Protect tracking integrity by validating pixel/CAPI/event setups, monitoring attribution mismatches, and maintaining campaign hygiene.
• Monitor pacing, flag issues early, and ensure campaigns deliver stable results.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on paid social experience, primarily with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
• Upper‑intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Agency background is a plus.
