Outbound Account Executive – Fintech SaaS (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to join a fast‑growing fintech/finance SaaS company. This is a founding, full‑cycle sales position focused on outbound prospecting, demos, and closing deals with US‑based finance leaders. The role is 100% remote and operates on US business hours, primarily Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, and close.
- Build and manage an outbound pipeline across multiple target segments.
- Conduct high‑quality product demos and guide prospects through the buying process.
- Engage CFOs, Controllers, Finance Managers and clearly communicate value.
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, sales motion, and go‑to‑market strategy.
Required profile
- 3+ years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience targeting US clients.
- Proven ability to build and close an outbound pipeline independently.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or related business functions.
- Near‑native written and spoken English.
- Comfortable delivering live demos and handling technical questions.
- Remote work experience with international teams.
- Familiarity with modern outbound and CRM tools.
