About the role

We are looking for a meticulous Operational Communications Specialist to own the creation, editing, and distribution of internal communications across building‑level and organization‑wide audiences. The role acts as the final quality gate, ensuring every message is accurate, on‑brand, and error‑free before it reaches employees.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and proofread a variety of internal communication materials.
• Review all outgoing content for grammar, tone, brand alignment, and factual accuracy.
• Distribute communications using content management systems (CMS) to targeted internal audiences.
• Maintain and enforce brand voice, style guides, and editorial standards across all channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather accurate information and ensure consistent messaging.
• Track communication metrics, compile reports, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while upholding strict accuracy standards.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of error‑free content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies that others miss.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to juggle competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.
