Junior Software Developer – Remote

About the role

We are seeking software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. In this position you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate its quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the performance of AI models. The work is fully asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers looking for flexible, remote opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code written by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
• Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI responses.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile, or any engineering discipline.
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
