Junior Raw Material Planner

About the role

Baxter is seeking a Junior Raw Material Planner to support inventory planning and material availability for its manufacturing operations. In this role you will help ensure raw material supplies align with production schedules and financial targets while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and control raw material inventories according to established policies.
• Negotiate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to secure material availability.
• Maintain inventory control and monitor purchasing activities that impact manufacturing and customer service.
• Collaborate on cost‑saving initiatives and support continuous improvement.
• Prepare analytical reports to aid decision‑making.
• Resolve conflicts in purchasing and material receiving, such as rejections, damages, losses, and unpaid invoices.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (minimum 50% of the degree completed).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within GMP and GDP guidelines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
