Junior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Junior Marketing Specialist to support our marketing operations, customer communications, and campaign coordination across multiple digital channels. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys managing marketing systems, maintaining data accuracy, and contributing to a premium customer‑focused brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and segment contact databases using Emma, GoHighLevel, and other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• Create, schedule, test, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, ensuring accurate content and clean customer data.
• Monitor inbound leads and customer inquiries, maintain prospect records, and support onboarding communications.
• Track and report weekly and monthly marketing performance, including campaign, lead, and outreach metrics.
• Support LinkedIn outreach campaigns, monitor inbound messages, and help optimize engagement initiatives.
• Identify and report automation issues, workflow inconsistencies, platform errors, and data discrepancies.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer success, communications, marketing operations, or related business functions.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
