Jefe de Marketing

About the role

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the company's marketing strategy. This role leads campaigns, evaluates performance metrics, and collaborates with internal teams to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement marketing and communication activities in line with the overall marketing plan.
• Coordinate all marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to promote the company’s offerings.
• Inform existing and prospective customers about products and services through creative marketing tactics.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Develop the brand according to corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field (completed curriculum required).
• More than three years of experience in marketing, preferably as a coordinator or analyst.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet campaign launch deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and solid organizational abilities.
