Inventory Management Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

This position is responsible for overseeing inventory levels and supporting supply‑chain operations to ensure customers receive products on time. Working in a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to maintain smooth delivery and quickly address any disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory to guarantee product availability for customers.
• Improve pre‑ship service levels while balancing inventory turns and capital utilization.
• Communicate professionally with client managers and internal staff to resolve supply‑chain issues and escalations.
• Analyze data and generate Excel reports for inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and trend identification.
• Partner with internal teams to design and implement process‑optimization strategies.
• Apply emotional intelligence and sound judgment when handling customer expectations and crisis situations.
• Troubleshoot supply‑chain disruptions and execute proactive problem‑solving.
• Adapt quickly to changes in priorities, volume fluctuations, or process updates.
• Support overtime or extended coverage as business needs dictate.
• Participate in root‑cause analysis and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school graduate or currently enrolled university student, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency (minimum B2+), both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, attending the office at least once per week.
• Prior experience in inventory management, tracking, analysis, or stock control is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with data‑analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau (a plus).
