Internal Creative Agency Production Design Lead

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Design Lead to head the production design function within our in‑house creative agency. The role ensures pixel‑perfect execution of visual assets across digital and print channels while maintaining brand integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production design function within the in‑house agency
• Own execution and adaptation of creative concepts across digital and print formats, including email and marketing collateral
• Maintain and evolve component libraries, templates, and design systems in Figma
• Ensure quality control, consistency, and brand integrity across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers for timely delivery
• Optimize and scale workflows for high‑volume asset production
• Train and mentor junior production design artists
• Implement best practices for file organization, version control, and handoff to development
• Contribute to process improvement and tooling decisions
• Assess risk and drive compliance with relevant policies and regulations

Required profile

• 6‑10 years experience in graphic or production design, preferably in an in‑house agency or fast‑paced creative team
• 5+ years experience in a leadership or senior production design role
• Advanced English proficiency; all processes conducted in English
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating meticulous attention to detail, consistency, and visual polish across digital formats
• Experience with ADA accessibility standards, especially for email design
• Ability to balance speed with precision and adapt to evolving priorities
