IB Entrepreneurship & Business Teacher (Spanish‑English)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate educator to lead the International Baccalaureate Entrepreneurship and Business course. The teacher will inspire students to think innovatively, develop strategic mindsets, and create ideas that can transform their communities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess the Entrepreneurship and Business curriculum in line with IB guidelines and school standards.
• Foster entrepreneurial thinking through inquiry‑based projects and real‑world business challenges.
• Guide students through Internal Assessment (IA) processes and prepare them for IB external examinations.
• Collaborate with DP and MYP colleagues to ensure curricular coherence and smooth programme transitions.
• Apply IB Approaches to Teaching and Learning (ATL) and promote the IB Learner Profile.
• Participate actively in professional development, team meetings, and school initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with formal pedagogical training.
• Minimum three years of professional experience in business or entrepreneurship.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (course delivered in English).
• Willingness to engage in IB curriculum training, supported by the institution.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and holistic student development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using learning management platforms.
• Ability to integrate digital teaching tools into classroom instruction.
